McShane Construction Company has started construction on Springs at Eastmark in Mesa. The development is located on a 15-acre site which will include 276 apartment units on a garden landscape community.
The natural exterior finishes and indigenous plants used in their communities, combined with their innovative interior space planning, showcases practicality, privacy and peace of mind for residents. These are all featured for both the two and three-story buildings.
A clubhouse, an outdoor swimming pool, a fire pit area, two barbeque areas, a dog washing station, car wash, and a basketball court will all be included in this development project’s 2,500 square feet of amenity space.
Jim Kurtzman, Senior Vice President at McShane said, ““It’s been an honor to build Continental’s first three Springs communities in the state of Arizona, and we’re very excited to get started on the fourth. Like all of Continental’s developments, Springs at Eastmark will be a beautiful community with lots to offer its residents.”
The company believes that its approach to developing multi-family communities offers a long-term investment for both the company and the surrounding area. Construction is scheduled to be completed in October 2022. The architect of record is Huitt-Zollars.
