A new 1.08m square foot industrial project has been announced by Marwest Enterprises, LLC. The project known as Elliot 202 or E202 will include two buildings that will be built on approximately a 74-acre property located at the NEC of Ellliot and Hawes Roads, near the Loop 202 in Mesa.
Both buildings will focus on demands of tenants seeking larger footprints with great design and attractive aesthetic. Loading bays and truck docks will be located toward the front of Elliot Road and the extended east/west façade in the front yard, instead of the rear side of the buildings.
The project will include improvements to Elliot and Hawes roads to bring them to current curb, gutter, and sidewalk standards.
