Phoenix Commercial Advisors has 2 major retail centers in the works near homes in Eastmark.
Located on the northeast corner of Loop 202 and Elliot Rd, the aptly names “Elliot 202” will cover 128 aces with mixed-use development for offices, medical facilities and corporate campuses. There are also plans for entertainment and retail anchors. Additional Mesa homes for sale will be built just east of Elliot 202.
Further south on the northeast corner of Ellsworth and Ray Rd, developers have another retail and entertainment space planned. This one will include office spaces, fitness facility, movie theater, hotel and a large retail shopping center. Eastmark is planning on building multifamily homes for sale in Mesa.
