MESA— Canadian climate control manufacturer XNRGY has officially opened its first U.S.-based production facility in Mesa, Arizona.
The newly unveiled 275,000-square-foot plant represents an initial phase of a $300 million project within the Gateway East business park, located near Mesa Gateway Airport. Upon full buildout, the multi-phase development is expected to span one million square feet of manufacturing space.
About the Mesa Facility and XNRGY’s Expansion
XNRGY, known for its advanced and environmentally sustainable heating and air conditioning solutions, announced the facility’s opening in a press release on Tuesday.
The company specializes in high-performance cooling technologies, particularly for large data centers, where maintaining ideal equipment temperatures is crucial.
The Mesa site will officially begin operations on May 1, producing XNRGY’s core energy-efficient product lines: XNAir, XNChiller, and XNFans.
XNRGY plans to hire 300 employees by the end of 2025, with a long-term goal of creating over 1,200 jobs as the facility scales up.
