After being approved by the City of Mesa without any objections from homeowners and residents, the new Circle K at Ellsworth and Guadalupe has opened.

The gas station was the last unfinished piece of the Ellsworth Crossing commercial subdivision on the northeast corner of Ellsworth and Guadalupe that also boasts Venezia’s Pizza, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and other local businesses. While the city had approved a car wash for that location in 2006, development never happened on the property. The city approved the Circle K in late 2013.

Attention was put on ease of ingress and egress, and better circulation of vehicles.

Residents immediately filled the lot and began filling up with gas when it opened in early May.
