Our little town of Mesa is not so little anymore! Mesa is currently seeing explosive growth as far as population and new developments, we are almost at a half-million residents. Mesa is looking at some exciting new construction such as the Apple’s massive data center and the Union Brickyard shopping center that will bring hundreds of jobs.

Mesa’s Mayor John Giles said at his annual State of the City address, “I’m proud to say that the state of Mesa is very strong.”  “Mesa has traditionally been known as a city that is very fast-growing. Well, we are back in explosive-growth mode as a city,” Giles said.

Mesa is just behind Phoenix is highest housing-permits with thanks to our extraordinary communities including Lehi Crossing, Cadence at Gateway and our number one ranked community in 2016, Eastmark. Mesa is also attracting more tourist with a 50 percent increase in hotel bookings for 2016.

In the months ahead there will be a significant amount of road work and construction at the corner of Crismon and Guadalupe as our ever-growing city is preparing for road widening, and new home construction. We are excited for our local community to have an exciting future and to welcome more residents and business!
