Fans of the popular Crossfit workouts will have an opportunity to test their strength and endurance at the Wicked West Challenge in Mesa next month. On November 9-10, close to 300 athletes will take over the Eastmark Great Park to push their limits at this Garage Games challenge.
The two-day long challenge celebrates athletes of all levels – from those wanting to prove themselves in an official competition, to those who are looking to go head to head with competitors from throughout the region. Competitors could win cash prizes for top places in select divisions and product prizes for top places in all divisions.
Eastmark is proud to be home to another popular athletic event in the community. The Wicked West Challenge offers participants and spectators alike an opportunity to enjoy the festivities. Food vendors and family-friendly fun is planned throughout the day, including trainer-guided challenges for spectators curious about the Crossfit craze; the Mesa Parks and Recreation Fun Fitness Van for kids; and the Eastmark Splash Pad. Fans and family members – including four-legged friends on leashes –are welcome!
