There will be three outdoor stages offering entertainment at the 2019 Titan Solar Power Arizona Celebration of Freedom and two unique patriotic programs that are out of the heat and inside the Mesa Convention Center.
Stage America, presented by TALIS Corporation, and Tailgate Zone will be on the grass outside the Mesa Convention Center. It features music from The Hamptons and Shallow Water. There will be a brief Salute to America program on the stage at 9:20 p.m. followed by fireworks. There will also be the opportunity to play tailgate style games.
Mesa Music Festival Stars and Stripes Stage, presented by Republic Services, will be on the grass between the Mesa Convention Center and Mesa Public Library. It includes performances from bands who have appeared at the Mesa Music Festival — Sophie Dorsten, Will from Brazil, Troubleman and Autopilot. There will also be a beer garden and games in this area.
For this year’s event, the Mesa Amphitheatre will host Revolutionary War reenactments from We Make History, the largest reenactment group of its type west of the Mississippi River. There will be three shows at 6:45 p.m., 7:45 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.
Inside the air-conditioned Mesa Convention Center will be the Let Freedom Ring Laser Light Show, featuring spectacular laser displays, photos and patriotic music. The 20-minute laser shows will be at 7 p.m., 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Also inside the Convention Center is the Fallen Soldiers Memorial, a breathtaking memorial honoring the Arizona fallen heroes from the war on terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan.
