For the month of July and August, United Blood Services are entering donors in a raffle to win a 2016 VW Passat S! Your last chance to donate with the chance to win the car will be August 31st 2016.
Location: 1337 S. Gilbert Rd., Suite 101 Mesa, AZ 85204
Times: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am-7pm
Fridays and Saturdays from 10am-5pm
Steps to prepare:
- Have a light meal and plenty to drink.
- Bring your donor card, driver’s license or two other forms of identification.
- Bring the names of medications you are taking.
What to Expect:
- Registration, volunteers will sign you in and go over basic eligibility and donation information.
- Mini-physical, you will answer a few private and confidential questions with a physician and check your vitals.
- Donation, this takes abour 8-10 minutes while you are seated.
- Refreshments, you should eat and have a snack after the donation. You can leave 10-15 minutes after and continue on your day!
