XNRGY, a Canadian-based producer of high-tech HVAC systems is in predevelopment on a 500,000 square foot manufacturing facility just south of the Apple facility at Signal Butte and Elliot.
XNRGY is uniquely suited for the Elliot Tech Corridor, considering one of their markets is cooling and climate control systems for data centers. They also provide custom commercial grade systems for high tech manufacturing, healthcare laboratories, and other similar industries.
XNRGY announced in January that they were looking at numerous cities in Arizona to launch their USA headquarters, and the submission of preliminary plans to the City of Mesa shows that Mesa continues to stand out for tech companies. While the original press release planned for a 1,000,000 square foot facility, this one is half that but still massive at two 250,000 buildings.
XNRGY plans to move into building one in August 2023 and into the second in 2024. they predict around 800 full time positions at the facility with an average wage of $65,000 annually.
