CANNON BEACH EXTREME SPORTS COMPLEX
Located on Power just north of the 202 San Tan, Cannon Beach will be a sports complex that will include a competition surfing wave pool, hotel, and restaurants south of Warner on the east side of Power Road, as well as two four story parking structures. This project’s status is PENDING PLANNING PROCESS.
C2 TACTICAL
C2 Tactical is planning a 38,000 sq ft building north of Ray Rd, east of Power. C2 offers a wide range of shooting options, including ranges, simulators, training classes, firearms sales, and more. This project’s status is SITE PLAN/ZONING APPROVED.
EEGEE’S
The Tucson and Casa Grande favorite is making its way to our backyard. Eegee’s offers sandwiches, salads, hot dogs, and pretzels, but they’re known for their ice cold frozen fruit slushies. Slated for Crismon just north of the US-60. This project’s status is PENDING PLANNING PROCESS.
ALDI
Aldi is still in the review process. Aldi released 4 locations to be built in 2020, but Mesa was not one. Expect this store to open in 2021 or 2022. This project’s status is BUILDING REVIEW PROCESS.

NEW SKATEPARK AND DISC GOLF
EASTMARK SKATE PARK
A 4.1 acre park including a skateboard park. The Skate Park will consist of a Skate “Deck”,skate steps and ramps,pump tracks, shaded seating and open field turf all situated within a basin. The “Deck”is intended to be out of the high-water mark for retention. This project’s status is BUILDING REVIEW PROCESS.
EASTMARK DISC GOLF COURSE
In addition to the 18 hole disc golf course, there will be significant landscape design and three 340 sq ft ramadas. This project’s status is BUILDING REVIEW PROCESS.
