Construction has begun on the new Safeway shopping center at Eastmark, with the supermarket and other retail tenants scheduled to open in late October.
Confirmed retail offerings at the Point at Eastmark include Starbucks, Pet Planet, a Nail Bar, Great Clips, and a dental office. Negotiations are underway with two restaurants.
