Fulton Homes begins 550-acre master-planned community for 1,700 homes

Considered as Arizona’s largest homebuilder, Fulton Homes had started building on a 550-acre community to reside 1,700 homes with 114 acres of open spaces. There will be recreational activities such as catch and release fishing, small boat launching and many more due to the 22-acre lake. An aquatic center, clubhouse, basketball courts and other sport courts will also be included to ensure that recreation and fitness activities are available for families to enjoy.

In the past years, Futon Homes had been master-planning for this massive development project. Homebuyers always want more amenities and activities to be available within the community most especially during this time where health and safety is a priority because of the pandemic.

The sprawling development is located at Queen Creek and Signal Butte and a temporary sales office has been established at the nearby community of Ironwood Crossing located at Ironwood Road and Ocotillo.

Barney Farms will feature single story 3-bedroom model houses starting at $380,000. Two story homes with lofts are priced up to $470,000 with a customizable floor plan that can be configured for six bedrooms. All homes will be ENERGY STAR® certified, Indoor airPLUS certified and labeled as a Water Sense home by the EPA. Fulton Homes is dedicated to building state-of-the-art energy-efficient homes, and the healthiest homes in the Valley. Every home built is backed by rigorous inspections to create the legendary Fulton quality.
