Located at the southwest corner of Signal Butte Road and US60 in East Mesa and within 2 miles from the new Apple Data Center and close to the newly developed Eastmark Community you will find a variety of choices for shopping.
Recently a lease between the Velocity Retail Group and the Michaels store was finalized. Michaels is the largest arts and crafts retail chain that currently operates more than 1,200 stores in 49 states. Michaels mission is to inspire and encourage everyone to unleash his or her inner maker. The Michaels Companies own multiple brands that allows them to offer arts, crafts, framing, floral, home décor, and seasonal merchandise for the hobbyist and do-it yourself decorators. The new Michaels store is 23, 586 square feet and located between Wal-Mart and Kohl’s, formerly in the Best Buy store.
In the past year the Velocity Retail Group has added a 12 screen AMC Theater, a new Old Navy store making that the 19th Old Navy store to open in Arizona and several other supporting shops and restaurants. Superstition Gateway is now 95% full making this an attractive open mall shopping center .
