Indoor trampoline park operator Get Air is planning to bring its high-energy entertainment experience to Mesa, Arizona, as part of a growing retail hub in the East Valley. The Utah-based company recently filed pre-submittal documents with the City of Mesa to build a new 25,000-square-foot indoor facility within the Eastgate Plaza development at Elliot and Ellsworth Roads.
Eastgate Plaza, developed by Scottsdale-based Diversified Partners, is a 17-acre mixed-use development currently under construction. Get Air has signed a sales purchase contract for 3.5 acres within the project, where it proposes to build a mixed-use structure that could also house a veterinarian office and daycare center alongside its trampoline park.

The proposed trampoline park will include many of Get Air’s popular attractions such as:
- Interconnected trampolines
- Dodgeball courts
- Slam dunk basketball
- Foam pits
- Playground equipment
- Dedicated toddler areas
- Special needs jump hours
This will be Get Air’s fourth Arizona location, joining others in Yuma, Tucson, and Prescott. The company stated it has been seeking a Mesa site for the past four years.
Each Get Air location is owner-operated, not franchised, and typically involves over $1 million in build-out improvements, ensuring a high-quality guest experience focused on fun, safety, and physical activity for all ages.
Construction Timeline and Eastgate Plaza Development:
Diversified Partners broke ground on Eastgate Plaza in early 2024, with shell buildings expected to be complete within 11 months. Tenant buildouts—including Get Air—could begin shortly after, with an anticipated opening in early 2025. Notable tenants in the plaza will include Starbucks, Farmer Boys, Kolache Cafe, Señor Taco, and a 107-key Cambria Hotel scheduled to open by September 2025.
The project is located just north of the Eastmark master-planned community and near major data center campuses operated by Meta Platforms Inc. and Apple. It also sits adjacent to the Mesa Elliot Technology Park, adding to the growing corridor of mixed-use and industrial development in southeast Mesa.
