MESA — Cannon Beach, Mesa’s newest destination for lifestyle, dining, and adventure, will host its official grand opening block party on Saturday, October 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event takes place at 4537 S. Power Road and is free and open to the public.
Although Cannon Beach has already welcomed guests with the launch of its one-of-a-kind surf park, this celebration marks the official debut of the entire complex and its community-driven vision.
Organizers say the block party will highlight the vibrant energy and unique offerings of Cannon Beach. Guests can expect a lineup of live entertainment, local food vendors, and family-friendly attractions including a petting zoo, costume contest, and the fan-favorite foam truck.
“This block party is a chance for families, friends, and neighbors to come together and experience the fun, creativity, and connection that Cannon Beach is all about,” said Cole Cannon, owner and developer of Cannon Beach. “We’re excited to officially welcome the community and celebrate the beginning of something truly special.”
The surf-themed destination, located in the desert just south of Elliott and Power Roads, is already drawing attention for Revel Surf Park, which brings customizable waves and surf culture to Mesa. The surrounding complex is planned to feature retail, restaurants, and entertainment options designed to create a year-round community hub.
Admission to the block party is free, and parking will be available on-site. Early arrival is recommended to take full advantage of the festivities.
