Without any objections from homeowners and residents, city planner Mia Lozano is advancing the process for a 4,450 square foot store with a 10-pump service station at the northeast corner of Guadalupe and Ellsworth, occupying a long-vacant lot on the corner. The development would complete the Ellsworth Crossing commercial subdivision.
