An ongoing 165,000 sq. ft. development project by Costco Wholesale Corp. had started construction in Queen Creek.

The Costco store is being built on 13 acres of land at the northwest of Queen Creek and Ellsworth roads and has an expected opening this fall.

Costco is the anchor tenant for the 300,000 sq. ft. Queen Creek Crossing project, one of the three retail centers being by developed by Vestar in the region.
