The grocery food store Fresh & Easy recently announced that it will be closing all of their remaining stores in the near future. This includes the location on Crismon and Guadalupe near Augusta Ranch homes. Earlier this year the chain was hopeful they would make a comeback, but unfortunately they have “been unable to obtain financing and the liquidity necessary to continue to fund the business going forward,” as stated by the store.
According to their website, Fresh & Easy will no longer accept coupons or Friends Points. The silver lining is that as of today, the entire store’s inventory is 40% off.

Unfortunately for our friends and neighbors employed by Fresh & Easy, layoffs will begin Friday Oct 30.
