Blandford Homes is planning to build 1,094 homes in the former state trust lands to the south and west of Desert Ridge High School, on the north side of Guadalupe from Crismon to Signal Butte.  While still in the preliminary planning stages, the site will also include a Fry’s Marketplace on the northwest corner of Guadalupe and Signal Butte.

According to the Crescent Ridge Master Plan, plans are for 524 cluster homes to the south of Desert Ridge High School. To the East of the High School, four parcels will include 176 homes built in a configuration similar to the Villages at Crismon Creek (Alley Load homes) and another 394 homes on lots ranging from 45’x115′ to 60’x120′.  The development will also include green space and a site for a proposed school.
